These are the darkest of men, women, elves, dwarves, and everything in between.
The ranks are as follows:
1) The Shadow Lords: The leaders of the guild.
2) The Shadow Council: The second in command and high powered decision makers of The Shadow. These people often have their own private head quarters secretly located in a particular major city.
3) The Shadow Masters: The elite of The Shadow, deadly and fearless. The best of this rank often get promoted to become a member of The Shadow Council.
4) The Shadow Blades: Core members, deadly cutthroats, spies, mages, warriors and assassins of all sorts. Once these members become more battle hardened, they move up into the elite Shadow Masters.
5) The Shadow Thieves: New to battle, or to the guild, these members are still getting used to the ways of the shadow, but soon they become Shadow Blades, and put their hard earned skills into use.
Note: Only members of The Shadow Council or higher have the option of opening their own private guild headquarters. The number of slots available for certain ranks are limited, but if a member truly deserves promotion, an extra slot will be created, this exception is only made for the best of the best.
